Remember, we told you about how easy it was to cheat face recognition technology in the Galaxy S8? Unfortunately, in Galaxy Note 8 it works all the same. You can trick and unlock the device if you have a photo of the owner. You do not need to photograph it and print a photo. It’s enough just to find the owner’s profile on Facebook or Instagram.
Mel Tion posted a video in which he demonstrates how to unlock the Galaxy Note 8 with just a selfie, made by another smartphone or any other photos found on Facebook or Instagram profile. Just bring one smartphone close enough to another, and it’s done!

Fortunately, Samsung does not allow the use of face recognition in the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy Note 8 for making payments using Samsung Pay. Probably, the company understands that their technology is not reliable enough, but can’t do anything about it at the moment.
